David Salinas

Serial entrepreneur and investor, David co-founded Digital Surgeons and has launched numerous businesses, including District, a $25M tech and innovation startup ecosystem, and District Arts + Education (DAE), a nonprofit that provides educational opportunities that prepare individuals for meaningful digital-centric careers.
